Paramount-Warner Deal Cleared by UK Antitrust Watchdog

Paramount Skydance Corp.'s $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. received approval from the UK Competition and Markets Authority. The watchdog determined the deal did not present competition concerns in British markets. The transaction combines two major media and entertainment companies under one ownership structure.
