Zillow’s Revenue Jumps as Rentals Offer ‘Bright Spot’

Zillow Group Inc. reported second-quarter revenue of $772 million, an 18% increase from the same quarter in 2025. The company attributed the growth partly to faster growth in rental listings compared to home purchase listings on its platform. Rental agreements represented an expanding portion of Zillow's business during the period.
