Marc Benioff gets a new operating chief, as Salesforce promotes Miguel Milano

Salesforce appointed Miguel Milano as operating chief. Milano previously served as revenue head at Salesforce and worked as an executive at Oracle. The company did not announce a replacement for Milano's prior position.
