Klaviyo acquires Elias Torres’ Agency in full-circle reunion for tech founders

Klaviyo acquired an agency founded by Elias Torres and announced Torres will serve as chief product officer to lead development of AI agents for the company. Torres previously co-founded Klaviyo in 2009 before departing to start other ventures. The acquisition terms were not disclosed.
