TikTok Says ‘Moderator Error’ Kept Perez Hilton Livestream Up

TikTok removed a livestream featuring Perez Hilton on March 2026 in which the blogger appeared covered in a red substance and held an object resembling a knife. A TikTok spokesperson attributed the delay in removing the stream to a moderator error. Hilton was subsequently hospitalized, according to reporting by the platform.
