Arini, Silver Point Among Lenders Set to Take Over Pfleiderer

Arini and Silver Point Capital are among lenders preparing to take control of Pfleiderer, a wood-paneling company, following the company's inability to meet debt obligations. Strategic Value Partners, which had backed the company, saw its investment diluted as creditors moved to assume control. Pfleiderer had raised fresh debt financing eight months prior to the takeover.
