The chain, which operated locations primarily in Arizona, faced financial pressures following a cyclospora outbreak linked to its restaurants in 2023 and subsequent foodborne illness incidents. Volt Investment owned the company at the time of the filing. The chain had expanded to multiple locations before the bankruptcy petition.
