JPMorgan Is Leading Race for Paris Cooling Network Provider Idex

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s asset management unit submitted the leading bid to acquire Idex, a French heating and cooling network operator owned by Antin Infrastructure Partners SA, according to people familiar with the matter. The transaction value and expected closing date were not disclosed. Idex operates district heating and cooling systems that serve customers across France.
