US Companies Added Fewer Jobs Than Expected in July: ADP

Private sector payrolls in the United States increased by 44,000 jobs in July, according to ADP Research data released Wednesday. This followed a revised increase of 95,000 jobs in June. The July figure fell below economist expectations for job growth during the month.
