Misconduct proceedings against officer who shot Chris Kaba dropped

The Police Conduct Authority determined that Sergeant Martyn Blake will not be referred to a misconduct panel. Blake fired the shot that killed Chris Kaba during a police operation. The watchdog's decision concluded the misconduct proceedings against the officer.
