Google Assistant will disappear from your phone next month

Google announced it will remove access to Google Assistant from Android phones, tablets, smartwatches, and headphones beginning September 4th. The company communicated the change through email to users. Google has been transitioning users to Gemini, its newer AI assistant, since Gemini's introduction.
