Eli Lilly easily tops quarterly estimates, raises outlook as Zepbound and Mounjaro sales surge

Eli Lilly raised its 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $85 billion to $87 billion, compared to previous guidance of $82 billion to $85 billion. The increase came after the company reported quarterly results that exceeded analyst expectations. Zepbound and Mounjaro, the company's weight-loss and diabetes medications, contributed to the revenue growth.
