India Rules Out Early End To FX Deposit Plan, Sees Healthy Flows

India's central bank is not planning to close early the deposit program designed to attract funds from the country's diaspora of approximately 35 million people. The Reserve Bank of India expects substantial inflows to continue until the program concludes at the end of September.
