Utah GOP Sen. John Curtis Amnesty Plan Aims for Millions More Legalized Migrants

Sen. John Curtis of Utah proposed increasing annual legal immigration and providing a pathway to legal status for undocumented immigrants. Curtis said the plan would address labor shortages in key industries. The proposal would approximately double the current annual cap on employment-based green cards.
