Thoma Bravo Sells Majority Stake in Command Alkon to Francisco Partners

Francisco Partners agreed to acquire a majority stake in Command Alkon Inc., a construction software company, from Thoma Bravo. The transaction price was not disclosed. Command Alkon provides software for construction project management and materials tracking.
