EU commends Spain's 'swift response' to Ceuta migrant crisis

Spain reported that approximately 70,000 of the 72,000 people who arrived in Ceuta last week have been returned to Morocco. The European Union responded to the returns. Ceuta is a Spanish autonomous city on the North African coast.
