Pacific Palisades Shopping Center Is Preparing to Reopen

Rick Caruso, a real estate developer and former Los Angeles mayoral candidate, is moving forward with reopening the Pacific Palisades Shopping Center following the January 2025 wildfires that damaged surrounding properties in the area. The shopping center itself sustained damage during the fires that affected the Pacific Palisades neighborhood. Caruso owns the property through his Caruso Affiliated company. The timeline and scope of the reopening plan have not been announced.
