El-Sayed touts endorsement from pastor who praised notorious antisemite infamous for calling Jews ‘termites’

Abdul El-Sayed's campaign paid $75,000 in consulting fees to Detroit pastor Wendell Anthony. Anthony spoke positively about Louis Farrakhan at a 2013 gathering. Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam, made statements about Jewish people that Anthony and others have disputed or contextualized over the years.
