Court Shields Catholic Nuns, Healthcare Ministries from New York Assisted Suicide Law

A federal district court issued a preliminary injunction on Thursday blocking enforcement of New York's assisted suicide law against four Catholic nun orders and several Catholic healthcare ministries while their religious liberty lawsuit proceeds.
