Williams Agrees to Buy Momentum Midstream for up to $5.5 Billion

Williams Cos. agreed to purchase Momentum Midstream LLC from EnCap Flatrock Midstream for up to $5.5 billion. The acquisition expands Williams' natural gas infrastructure along the US Gulf Coast. Terms of the deal were not disclosed beyond the total valuation.
