Claude Helped a Hacker Find a Way to Issue Tickets to Almost Every US Music Festival

A researcher reported successfully accessing Front Gate's website, which provides ticketing services for multiple U.S. music festivals including Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo, using Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.7 model. The researcher was able to issue tickets without authorization through this method. Anthropic is the company that created Claude. Front Gate and the affected festivals have not publicly commented on the report.
