Michigan reports 2 deaths in rare parasite outbreak that has sickened more than 11,000

Two people in Michigan died from cyclosporiasis, an intestinal parasite infection, according to state health officials. Both individuals had underlying health conditions that were affected by the parasite and dehydration. The outbreak has sickened more than 11,000 people in the state.
