Ohio man fleeing police on foot leaps onto moving car, tries to take control before falling off: Police

Kaamil O'Berry, wanted in connection with a shoplifting incident, leaped onto a moving vehicle on Interstate 75 in Ohio while being pursued by police. Video footage captured O'Berry on the car's hood and windshield before he fell off the vehicle. Police responded to the incident, and O'Berry was apprehended following the chase.
