Victor Willis, Village People Frontman, Dies at 74

Victor Willis, frontman of the Village People, died at age 74. Willis co-wrote the group's major hits including "Y.M.C.A" and "Macho Man." He performed as a helmeted police officer in the group's visual presentation. The Village People, formed in 1978, became known for their disco-era music and theatrical performances.
