The ‘Guardrail Guy’ Went Viral for Posting About Flock Cameras. Then Someone Destroyed Them

Steve Elmers, who became known online as the "Guardrail Guy" for posting about license plate reader cameras, said he would stop documenting the devices after two cameras featured in his videos were damaged. Elmers had been recording and sharing videos of what he identified as Flock Safety cameras installed along roadways. The cameras were destroyed after appearing in his online posts.
