Ohio Sen. Bernie Moreno said his ex-son-in-law Max Miller should not serve in the House and needs "serious psychological help," according to statements Moreno made. Miller has denied allegations made against him by Emily Moreno, Moreno's daughter and Miller's ex-wife. Miller is a Republican candidate for the House.
