Florida mail carrier accused of snatching pets on route, trapping 100-plus cats and dogs in ‘hoarding’ house

A Florida mail carrier was arrested after authorities discovered more than 100 cats and dogs in her home during an investigation. The animals were found in cages in conditions that included lack of air conditioning and sanitation issues. Pet owners have begun reclaiming their animals following the discovery.
