Reddit keeps its strange DMCA fight over Google search results alive

Reddit filed a lawsuit against Perplexity AI, alleging the company conspired with web scrapers to access Reddit content without authorization. The complaint, filed in federal court, centers on claims that Perplexity violated the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and engaged in unauthorized use of Reddit's data. Perplexity AI has not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
