Trump appeals order that slammed his IRS lawsuit and referred his lawyer to bar

Trump filed an appeal of a court order in his lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service. Trump had sued the IRS seeking $10 billion over the disclosure of his tax information by an agency contractor. The order also referred one of Trump's lawyers to a state bar association.
