Luxury Real Estate Firm Serhant Expands into Texas Amid Booming Market

Ryan Serhant, CEO and founder of Serhant, announced the luxury real estate firm's expansion into Texas. Texas had over 3.5 million startups and small businesses and more Fortune 500 headquarters than any other state as of the reporting period, according to Bloomberg. Residential sales exceeding $1 million totaled $25 billion in Texas over the past year, Bloomberg reported.
