George Santos Must Pay $35,000 Over ‘Manipulative’ Kalshi Trade

Former Congressman George Santos agreed to pay more than $35,000 to settle allegations regarding a wager on prediction market platform Kalshi about his attendance at the 2026 State of the Union. The settlement concluded an investigation into trading activity on the platform. Santos did not admit wrongdoing as part of the agreement.
