Colombia to Build Up Reserves as Peso Strengthens to 7-Year High

Colombia announced a program to accumulate as much as $4 billion in international reserves. The peso has strengthened to its highest level in seven years. The Colombian government said the reserve accumulation is intended to address currency strength.
