Nancy Guthrie case: Sheriff says no one is permanently ruled out as detained man prepares lawsuit

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos stated that a judge approved the probable cause warrant before Carlos Palazuelos was detained in connection with the Nancy Guthrie case. Palazuelos is preparing to file a lawsuit. Sheriff Nanos said no one has been permanently ruled out as a suspect in the investigation.
