Texas teen bitten by barracuda in popular vacation spot after bracelet glints in water

A 13-year-old girl was bitten on the hand by a barracuda while swimming in Turks and Caicos. The incident occurred in a popular vacation area. Her mother attributed the bite to a shiny bracelet the girl was wearing, which may have attracted the fish. The girl underwent surgery on her hand following the bite.
