Axa Profit Meets Estimates, Insurer Confident on Outlook

Axa SA reported first-half net profit of 2.77 billion euros, compared with 2.48 billion euros in the same period of 2024. The Paris-based insurer said it is evaluating potential claims from wildfires in France and Spain. Management stated the company maintains its 2026 guidance for earnings per share growth.
