Anthropic says US lifts export ban on its advanced AI tools

Anthropic said the U.S. Department of Commerce lifted restrictions on exports of its AI models Fable and Mythos, which were suspended in June. The company did not provide details about what prompted the initial suspension or the conditions for the export approval. Anthropic offers Claude, an AI assistant used for text generation and analysis tasks.
