Virginia university report finds officials did not disclose student’s terror conviction

Old Dominion University released a report stating that federal officials did not notify the university that a returning student had a conviction for supporting ISIS before a shooting occurred in an ROTC classroom. The report did not specify which federal agencies were responsible for the lack of disclosure. ODU did not provide a timeline for when the conviction occurred or when the student returned to campus.
