Apple’s iPhone and Mac sales keep growing despite RAM shortages

Apple reported iPhone sales of $54.25 billion in its third-quarter earnings report released Thursday, up 22 percent from the prior year period, while Mac sales reached $10.35 billion, up 29 percent year-over-year. Total company revenue for the quarter was $109.4 billion. The growth occurred during a period when global memory chip supplies faced constraints affecting device manufacturers.
