Vimeo Parent Bending Spoons, Backers Raise $1.68 Billion in IPO

Bending Spoons SpA raised $1.68 billion in a US initial public offering, with shares priced above the marketed range. The Italian software acquisition company, which purchases underperforming software businesses, conducted the offering alongside some of its existing investors. Vimeo Inc., the video hosting platform, is owned by Bending Spoons.
