Nscale buys Anyscale as it seeks to own more of the AI compute stack

Nscale, a British AI cloud services company, announced the acquisition of Anyscale, a software company that provides tools for distributing AI workloads across multiple data centers and servers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Anyscale was founded in 2018 and provides an open-source framework for scaling machine learning applications.
