BOE Governor Bailey on Rates, Uncertainty, Labor Market

Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey told Bloomberg that the central bank's Monetary Policy Committee held interest rates at 3.75% in July. Bailey stated the labor market is experiencing "softness" and cited uncertainty regarding energy prices and global conditions.
