Federal judge blocks blue state's law prohibiting ICE agents from wearing masks on the job

A federal judge in Virginia blocked a state law that prohibited Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from wearing masks while performing their duties. The judge ruled that the state law conflicted with federal authority under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The Justice Department had challenged the law in court.
