Washington's grizzly bear power grab is finally coming to a long-overdue end

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum issued a new rule allowing Wyoming greater flexibility in managing grizzly bears. The Biden administration rejected delisting petitions for grizzly bears in 2023. Wyoming can now implement management practices under the updated rule.
