NFL employees’ troubling driving incidents mount, costing jobs and putting others at risk

The NFL recorded 21 driving incidents among its personnel between 2024 and 2026, averaging approximately one per month. Incidents included Tony Romo's arrest on suspicion of operating while intoxicated and Kyle Shanahan's involvement in a collision. Some of these incidents resulted in job losses.
