Oil Analyst Sankey Warns of Rising Risks in Refining

Paul Sankey, president of Sankey Research, said the crude oil refining system is operating at tight capacity levels and that margins between crude oil prices and refined products including gasoline and jet fuel are wide. Bloomberg reported that Sankey expects the US strategic petroleum reserve to be depleted around September.
