California mom welcomes baby in Jack in the Box parking lot after little girl couldn't wait

Michelle Cisneros delivered her baby, Valentina, in a Jack in the Box parking lot in Orange County after being discharged from a local hospital twice. Cisneros said she had returned to the hospital for labor but was sent home on two separate occasions before going into active labor while at the restaurant location. She delivered the baby in the parking lot before receiving medical attention.
