Fortress to Purchase $1.5 Billion of Loans By Fintech Unicorn Wayflyer

Fortress Investment Group agreed to purchase up to $1.5 billion in loans originated by fintech company Wayflyer. The transaction is intended to support the Irish finance platform's operations. Wayflyer has been valued at over $1 billion in previous funding rounds.
