Qualcomm is raising phone chip prices starting September 1st

Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon announced on Wednesday that the company will raise prices on its processors effective September 1st, according to CNBC. Amon stated "prices are going to go up" on the company's products. The price increase will apply across Qualcomm's processor lineup.
