Elon Musk’s xAI is trying to sue its way out of a Grok reckoning

Elon Musk stated that Minnesota's law banning nudifying apps is unconstitutional and defended his company xAI's Grok service against the restriction. Musk did not provide additional details about whether xAI plans to file a lawsuit challenging the law. Minnesota passed legislation in 2025 restricting applications that generate nude or sexually explicit images of real people without consent.
