Former NIAID director Anthony Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination multiple times during questioning by Sen. Rand Paul regarding Fauci's diaries from the COVID-19 pandemic period. Paul sought answers about the contents of the diaries. Fauci declined to answer the questions.
